Dear Shasta Families,
Thanks so much for all your support with testing weeks! We were incredibly proud of all of our students and the hard work they put into their tests.
This week is the last week of core classes in the 2017-2018 school year. As a reminder, the deadline for submitting overdue projects for core classes is this Friday at 3:30 PM. To support all students in finishing the year strong, office hours and personalized learning time will be offered after school until 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday of this week. Any student that currently has an incomplete grade should be staying at school until 5 PM each day.
Please reach out to your student’s mentor if you have questions about your student’s progress at school.

Graduation DVD for Senior Shasta Families
My name is Lala Salma and I am a parent of a Shasta senior. I am an independent filmmaker and I own my own production company.
I will be recording the full senior graduation as well as the senior brunch and the senior trip. I will also be collecting photos from the last 4 years of our seniors, proms, dances, trips, and special events. I will then take all that footage from the graduation as well as senior trip, senior brunch and all the photos of the last 4 years and create a special senior dvd. This DVD will highlight your graduating senior’s life at Shasta and will be a special lifetime gift.
My production team will also be filming the graduation from 3 different angles in order to capture long shots and closeups of the graduates. Every DVD will have a photo of your senior on the cover, which you will provide me.
The cost of the DVD will be $55 each. Please order accordingly, as the DVD’s will not be able to be copied. The DVD is great for you as parents, your child, family and friends. Your DVD’s will be available for pick up on July 20th at the Shasta campus, or call me if you can’t make it and we can set up a pick up at a different location. The order form is attached here. Please order and pay by June 1st! Order forms and payment can be turned into Delvy at the front desk.
Congrats on your student’s high school graduation!!
