Shasta First Week Announcements

Shasta First Week Announcements

Greetings Black Bear Families,

We look forward to welcoming all students back to school this week at our new campus, 905 Campus Drive. Our new school can only be accessed on Campus Drive off of Hickey Blvd.

  • – Tuesday, August 14th: All freshmen should attend this mandatory New Student Orientation. The day runs from 8:20-3:30 and is for students only. Students should bring a notebook and pencil. Brunch and lunch will be available for purchase or students are welcome to bring their own food.
  • – Wednesday, August 15th: All students should attend this first day of school. The day runs from 8:20-3:30. Students should bring a notebook and pencil. Brunch and lunch will be available for purchase or students are welcome to bring their own food. The new Shasta campus does not have student parking. Students should use street parking on Callan or Hickey Blvd if they are driving to school.
  • – Thursday, August 16th and Friday, August 17th: Shasta Camping Trip: We are in desperate need of drivers for our camping trip this week on August 16th and August 17th. We currently are short about 15 drivers on both Thursday and Friday. If we do not recruit enough drivers, we will have to cancel our trip. This overnight experience begins at 8:30 AM on Thursday and will end when students return to campus between 1:00-2:00 PM on Friday, August 17th. The campsite is located at 250 Scout Ranch Road in Boulder Creek, California. Even if you can only drive on one of the days, we could still use your help. If you are able to drive, please sign up here!
Thank you!!
